Cookbook Signing & Reception
Come talk to your favorite chefs, and enjoy passed hors d'oeuvres, and a cash bar. Their award-winning cookbooks will be available for purchase and signing, and they make great holiday gifts!
Executive Chef Bernard Guilas, author of the cookbook, "Flying Pans: Two Chefs, One World"; Chef and food entertainer Ted Reader, author of the award-winning, "Napoleon's Everyday Gourmet" cookbook series; Zarela Martinez, author of many Mexican cookbooks that have inspired Chef Torres; Fany Gerson, author of "My Sweet Mexico" and Chef Ray Lampe, aka "Dr. BBQ" and author of five cookbooks, will all be a part of this great evening, here at Suenos Restaurant.
Afterwards, the Chefs will be hosting a five course dinner.

SueñosNYC.com is new and improved! Our new website has launched, and it's offering a host of new features, making this site extremely informative and user friendly. White House Honors School-Friendly Chefs As ‘Champions of Change’
Chef Sue Torres, together with other twenty-six chefs, has been honored by the White House as "Champion of Change" for participating in the "Chefs Move to Schools Initiative," which intends to make children's lunches more healthful and curb childhood obesity.
