I needed a adjustable vent cover to fit over a wall vent that was lopsided. The normal vent covers slide into the vent within a wall looked horrible as it was off centered and crooked. This fits over the opening and is large enough to adjust so it now makes it look like the opening is centered. It also adjusts airflow perfectly.

I bought 8 of these in different sizes. And I would say at least 4 of them I had to fix the sliding portion on them because it was bowed out. And one was totally bent where I couldn't fix it. Like something heavy fell on it. Not sure if it's a manufacturer issue or a shipping issue but for as much as these things cost I was kinda upset with the condition they came in. But they do look good on my house after fixing the issues.
