The media could not be loaded.

I purchased this portable steamer 2 months ago and initially, it worked like a charm. However, when I took it on a trip, it became a complete disappointment. The head wouldn't get hot, and it started leaking water.
Thinking the warranty would cover this, I contacted customer service. They insisted on a serial number which was supposed to be on a sticker at the base of the unit. Guess what? No sticker, no serial number. Their response? No warranty support without it.
In a nutshell, this steamer is a waste of money and their customer service leaves much to be desired. Buyer beware.

I’m not sure how or why but it works so much better- it’s so much faster to steam a garment with the Steamery- I no longer have to change my mind about what to wear based on something needing to be steamed. It heats up quickly and has a very nice storage bag. Even though it adds weight to my luggage- I’m traveling with it. It’s amazing.
