I bought this steamer for a 12-day European vacation (cruise) I went on last month. What a great purchase!! First of all, having your clothes crammed in a suitcase for that many hours, by the time I got on the ship most of them were so wrinkled and creased, it would be embarrassing to wear them! The cruise doesn’t allow irons so I thought this steamer would be a great alternative and it was very reasonably priced. It didn’t disappoint!! Not only is it compact enough to store in your suitcase, it’s fairly lightweight, heats up super fast and does an amazing job getting all your clothes wrinkles out!! Another plus, was that you can steam in either position… clothes lying on a bed or hanging up on a hanger. Now that I’m back home from my trip, I’m thinking I will use the steamer at home from now on, instead of the hassle of using my iron!!

I bought several travel steamers to find the best for me. This one won for how sturdy it felt and how well it performed. I used it for 5 trips. I treated it well with distilled water and emptying the reservoir after each use. The day it quit working was 7 days out of the return window for the product. There was a support email so I wrote them giving a chance to correct the situation before writing a review. I have heard nothing from them since emailing 2 weeks ago.
The part that quit working is the pump that draws water to steam. What a frustration. I feel like this one must have been a lemon but i would suggest you do not buy this product as is not supported by the seller.

This is a 2-in-1 iron and steamer that you can take on the go. It’s wired and medium weight with a drawstring traveling pouch. A 250ml measuring cup is included as well with a clip on fabric brush and creaser.
When you power it on, ironing is the default setting. Steam by pressing the steamer button. One cool safety feature is a glove to protect your hands, and you should use it including when you steam it. I steamed a wrinkled skirt on low with the glove on and it left no water bubbles, and only took half a tank. I use filtered or bottled and never iron my clothes personally, but the steam head DOES GET HOT so you can iron, but be careful.
You have to let it cool down for a while and it’s not very quiet on the steamer setting, however, so be mindful of the environment you’re in. Otherwise, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do and I’m happy with my purchase!

One of the recommended must-haves for travel was a good clothes steamer, and this one succeeded with flying colors. Used this with our regular go-to Europe plug adapter and it worked great. Got wrinkles out super fast and so well I gave it to my boyfriend after our trip for avoiding having to iron his “in office” clothes back at home.
I will say it does take a long time to cool off after use, but definitely not a deal-breaker as it works so well at tackling stubborn wrinkles incredibly fast.
Great purchase and the dual voltage adaptation is invaluable for overseas travel.
