I was excited about the prospect of a portable steamer for quick wrinkle removal on the go. The promises of easy use and convenience were definitely appealing. Unfortunately, this particular model fell far short of expectations, and more importantly, presented a significant safety hazard.
The biggest issue is the overheating problem. After only about a minute of use, the steamer gets dangerously hot to the touch. The handle becomes uncomfortable and the steamer unit itself feels like it's about to explode. This not only makes it difficult to continue using the device, but also raises serious concerns about potential burns and damage.
I'm not exaggerating when I say I was worried about holding it for too long. It felt like a ticking time bomb. This rapid overheating suggests a serious design flaw or a malfunctioning internal thermostat.
