Easy to clog tubes, hair will stop spinning brush motor.
Picks up small particulates – it's the slightly large stuff it chokes on. Feather? It's stuck in the tube now, with everything that came behind it. Wrapper? Never made it past the brush head. Hair? It's wrapped around the brush motor piece. That's the fundamental flaw. Hair will wrap around the piece that spins the brush roll, gumming it up and stopping the brush- and the whole vacuum. Tweezers? Aaahahahaa no. It's in there. Oh, and it doesn't come off with a screwdriver to clean it. So. Good luck. The convenience of being able to slide out a brush for the other is useless, if the components that make it easy are flawed in this way. I managed to get it to spin again, and it burned and spat out a plastic gummed up wad of hair. So I used it again. More hair wrapped around. Impossible to tweeze out. By the time I discovered this, the return window had closed. So I'm stuck with a vacuum that needs constant coddling to clean a hallway, let alone a room. Pros: suction is good, picks up fine particulates. The accessories are unique. I haven't seen a cordless with a small rotating brush head for upholstery before. Suction only seems to happen from the front, so there's no pick up on the sides of the brush head. Suction only really happens inside the brush head, so suction at the front of the brush head, by the lights, is fairly poor. I have the feeling I'll give this vacuum up in frustration by the end of the year.

    For this price, this vacuum does a great job with cleaning. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and works on both floors and carpets. The battery life is impressive for its price point.
    Overall suction power and quality is quite impressive especially if you have kids it is easy to maneuver. Charging speed is okay for now but I know these Chinese brand vacuums charging doesn’t work well and get damaged if you keep it over night for charging.
    At this price I would still give it a 4.5/5 rating.

    Love the cordless part, and the extensions, but the battery dies super fast and after a week, the vacuum extension stopped working, but the small extensions still work. It shorts out and stops running if I use it as a regular vacuum.

    I hate giving one star reviews but I returned it initially because when you attach the long stick attachment and try to use the red battery sign pops up and vacuum shuts down when I take that attachment off and turn it on the battery is charged to 100%. I thought maybe I got a malfunctioning one and just needed a new one I then got the replacement and it did the same thing. Overall if the if the issue with the vacuum wasn’t one I would think I would like it but I give this product 1 out of 10 because I simply can’t use it.
