    Brush roller is not tangle free

    The media could not be loaded.

    This vacuum was inexpensive and I wanted to love it. This is the second hair cleaning on the first charge. I had to take the dust collector completely apart and dig into it to pull out the hair wrapped around the silver thing.

    It does stand upright, but you won't do it. It's very wobbly.

    You have to use your foot to press it down against the carpet again and again. Will not work on hard surfaces if ypu are trying to pick up something small.

    Suction was good on the first charge and then it started smelling and doesn't pick up now unless I go over somethong three times. In fact it will puck up and spit it back out.

    Just got in yesterday and the suction is absolutely amazing ! I saw the reviews about tangle free and let’s be honest if your house is dirty then without a doubt your vacuum will be too . I have dogs with long hair I shed hair as it is Super long down to my back and this vaccine did the job cleaned everything and I’m speechless! Best purchase ever !
