•Buy the rug. I'm a solo mommy of 4 daughters 8, 6, 4, 2 this year. I needed a soft but heavier type rug that is large and priced LOW.
•IMAGINE you are applying a screen protector to your phone but its a rug to your floor. Use your feet in a penguin position and start from the middle moving outwards. Those wavy bumps will settle and after a day it really will be smooth and not needing a rug pad.
•For me when I see a review that says not as thick as I wanted and the picture has bumps i immediately think "…so it's a towel basically" but WOAH that's not the case for this rug it's heavy, it's soft, the rubber weaving beneath it keeps it in place
•Last presidents day i got a crazy sale for a wool(THICKUMS-type) rug typically 250 for 75 off wayfair but i didnt think all the reviews saying it sheds meant it would shed and get in my kids eyes , hair, clothes, just …. literal misery. Vacuuming it once filled the whole canister. Soo I needed a rug that DOES NOT SHED but still THE QUALITY of *its giving heavy* and …this gem is that. No shedding thank goodness.
•If you spill something soak up by tap drying with towel, then spot clean pea size soap and bit of water. so yes to washable.
