I was looking into some vacuums after discussing it with a family member about theirs. There was a few things I had to consider compared the one they had and this one answered a lot of my concerns. The size is perfect, small and compact. Doesn't take up too much space and has a classier look to it compared to the other brands I've seen online and in person. The mapping is fast and accurate. Climbs a large bump between the doors. There is a huge amount of options on the app with different modes and is very fast to respond via app. From different vacuums modes to different speeds and cleaning levels. What I love the most is you can choose from vacuum only, mop/vaccum, and vacuum then mop.
Its something you can just set and forget about. With two dogs that shed a lot, I can just set this to vacuum only on some days and both on others. The sensors work really well around the surrounding areas and can go back to certain areas to check if that space becomes open/available. Great detection with the dogs and avoids them.
The vacuum itself is a bit loud but not as bad as your typical Dyson. Picks up dog hair with no jams so far and has a good amount of coverage. Battery life varies depending on the modes but with something this easy to use. You can have it running throughout the day and come home with fresh and clean floors. When docking it self dries for a while to prevent any mold buildup. The water and waste tanks are plenty big and having a refillable cleaning solution tank is a huge plus compared to some other brands that force you to buy their own.
Overall the price point justifies itself. No more having to do daily dog hair sweeps and having to mop every other day. Made my life a lot easier and saves me so much time.

I'm completely satisfied with this vacuum. It handles pet hair from my dog very well, and the suction power is impressive. The mopping feature is a real game changer—floors actually get clean with no streaks. Smart navigation works great, it doesn’t get stuck and moves smoothly. The station washes, dries, and empties everything by itself, I don’t have to do a thing. For a working person, it’s a real time-saver. Definitely worth the money.

I finally received the latest and most advanced X9 PRO from ECOVACS! I’ve been using the X50 and was already super satisfied with it, but when I heard that the X9 PRO has the new triple lift system — with the roller brush, mop, and side brush all capable of lifting — I was sold. And it did not disappoint!
The roller mop is a massive upgrade from the dual-spin pads on the X50. It cleans so much better, picking up cat hair, litter, and even kitchen grease effortlessly. The roller spins incredibly fast, and unlike older models or handheld floor cleaners, it’s effective even around furniture. It gets under sofas, avoids drops, and leaves every inch spotless.
The self-washing mop is another fantastic feature — it keeps the mop clean throughout the cleaning cycle. And the anti-tangle brush is impressive; even with my long hair, it finished cleaning without any tangles. This robot is a complete game changer — it’s smarter, stronger, and far more efficient than any robot vacuum I’ve used before. Highly recommend it!

I’ve been using the DEEBOT X9 PRO for a few days now, and it’s made a huge difference. The mop stays clean the entire time thanks to the instant self-washing system—so every pass looks fresh. No muddy streaks or weird smells like I had with other robots. The suction is also next-level. It picks up everything from crumbs to embedded carpet dust without missing a beat. What really surprised me is how well it cleans edges and corners—places most vacuums struggle with. I barely need to touch it outside of water tank refills. The OMNI Station takes care of the rest.
