The first vacuum broke within 6 months so I contacted the customer support and they replied quickly. Since they do not have parts, they told me to purchased a new vacuum on Amazon again and they’ll refund me. However they did not get back to me even after a multiple follow up. DO NOT BUY THIS VACCUM. Worst customer service.

I bought the version with all the attachments and the beater brush inside the floor attachment melted. Instead of sending only the part I needed or a completely new set up, they made me buy the less expensive one and refunded that purchase. When I inquired why I wasn’t refunded for the item I purchased, I was told in an email from the customer service rep that “ I was not responsible for the sale of this product at that time. As an employee, I have tried my best to get more discounts and benefits for all consumers who like our brand. If I give you an additional refund, the additional loss will be deducted from my salary. To be honest, my salary may not be as high as yours. I don’t want to face the risk of salary reduction while trying my best to consider consumers. I also have my own family responsibilities to bear, so I hope you can understand me.”
The replacement item is compatible with the original vacuum, but the attachments were a little bit more difficult to secure. After using the floor attachment a few times, the beater brush stopped rotating. I disassembled it and found nothing wrong. I emailed the company about this last month and have yet to receive a reply. I also left a message on their voicemail regarding the email and have not received a phone call. Today I tried calling a few times and the line was busy each time I called. If something changes, I will update my review. It’s unfortunate because I really love this vacuum cleaner. The attachments do all sorts of things and it’s easy to care for, except when it doesn’t work.
