Update: Had customer service contact me, I did not contact them, and they were really helpful. Offered a new product which I accepted. Found the problem was the battery. While I am not happy the battery died right away, the customer service has proved to be very good.

It's my first cordless vacuum, which highlights how cumbersome the long cords were. It's perfect for keeping a small space dust free, too. The attachments are a bonus. I wouldn't purchase this as a replacement for a workhorse-style vacuum – that's not what I hired it to do. It simply does it's job very well. Again, shocking.

So I have two of these vacuum. Kind of sad to be honest. I was given one for my classroom as a replacement for my broken one and I love that vacuum it’s great for a special education class room! We do lots of crafts and cutting paper and snacks so there messes everyday and it gets used handles popcorn beads and stickers and crumbs like no one’s business.. This is what prompted me to buy one for my home. That’s where it went down to disappointment. I have hardwood floors and small washable rugs so it’s not a deep thing. It won’t hold cat litter if I use it it falls out when I turn it off so I have to keep it going until I am close to the trashcan and then have to still break out the broom. As another review stated also it seems to be easily clogged. I’m not sure why as my one at school has NEVER gotten clogged and I’ve had it for 5 months there. I have only had this one since April 22nd. Sadly it’s making me want to look for another option as it’s not working well at my home. Kind of sad.
